Charles Street Securities Europe LLP (CSS Europe) is authorised and regulated by
the Financial Services Authority in the UK. The firm advises private and institutional investors and conducts investment banking and corporate finance activities.

CSS Europe provides equity and debt financing for early stage growth companies.
We provide early stage equity or debt to companies with very strong growth potential.

The firm typically works with it's client companies up to the point of an exit, either through an IPO or a trade sale. The firm and its affiliates will invest as principal through it's investment partnerships and will raise money through private placements through it's dedicated private client advisory team at CSS Partners LLP.

Our financing bracket is typically £500,000 to £3 million of equity or debt.

A company established in 1984 that conducts business in the US and is regulated by FINRA and SIPC.

CSS Partners LLP
Established in 2005, is an authorised Representative of CSS Europe, responsible for private client arranging and advising.

CSS Bridge Partners 2006 LP
The partnership was established in 2006. This investment partnership specialises in making bridge loans and bridge equity investments. CSS Europe serves as the Operator and the Investment Adviser.

CSS Capital Managers LLP
Established in 2005 is a partnership that provides investment monitoring services to companies this CSS Europe has financed. There are seven partners actively involved in this partnership.

CSS Property Partners LP
Established in 2006, a partnership that makes property investments.

CSS Alpha Fund Ltd
The Fund was established in 2008 and seeks to preserve capital and to deliver absolute returns with low volatility, uncorrelated to equity markets. Our approach is to create a diversified portfolio of risk taking, in the traded options and futures markets. The Fund presently has four trading strategies; spread trading, options strategies, volatility trading and long/short equity strategies.

Libertas Partners LLP
This partnership was recapitalise by CSS Europe in 2009. The mid market investment banking firm specialising in £5-£50 million financing in the London private and public capital markets. Libertas (www.libertaspartnersllp.com) is a Nomad and a member of the LSE.
